Will you need access to a computer or mobile device?
Yes, the caregiver and participant will need access to a computer or smartphone device.

Are the activities pre-recorded or in real-time?
The activities are powered by virtual agents and are all in real-time. Agents are voice enabled so that the user can engage in human-like conversation.

How long will virtual activities last?
Any of the virtual activities can last up to 30 minutes, and can be ended or extended at any time during the activity.

How does a senior citizen access the virtual activity?
The caregiver will initiate the activity. Once the activity begins, the computer should be placed near the participant.

Does the activity get recorded?
No, the activity will never be recorded unless the caregiver selects that option. If the activity is recorded, the care team can get a summary of the user's participation.
